This policy explains how MeshDex Private Limited handles information when you use the MeshDex Play website and our games.
1. Who we are
MeshDex Play is the player-facing games label of MeshDex Private Limited. In this policy, “MeshDex,” “we,” and “our” refer to MeshDex Private Limited.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the service and features you use, we may process information you provide directly, basic device and diagnostic information, gameplay events, purchase verification records, and communications you send us. The current website does not offer user accounts or use advertising trackers.
3. How we use information
We use information only to provide and secure our services, save permitted progress, verify purchases, diagnose faults, understand aggregate performance, respond to requests, comply with law, and prevent abuse.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may use carefully selected platform, hosting, analytics, crash-reporting, support, and payment providers when a feature requires them. App stores process purchases under their own policies. We do not sell personal information.
5. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information without valid permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, though no system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. You may also be able to withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority.
