Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the MeshDex Play website, games, and related services provided by MeshDex Private Limited.
1. Accepting these terms
By using a MeshDex Play service, you agree to these terms and any platform rules that apply. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review these terms with you.
2. Personal, permitted use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for personal entertainment. You may not exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, cheat, automate access to, or misuse a service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Accounts, virtual items, and purchases
If a service later includes accounts, virtual items, or paid features, additional in-product terms may apply. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and may not be transferred unless we expressly allow it. Purchases are also subject to the relevant app store’s terms and refund process.
4. Ownership
MeshDex Private Limited and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, game design, audiovisual content, branding, and related intellectual property. Feedback may be used to improve our services without obligation.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, performance, compliance, or the player experience. We do not promise that every service will always be available or error-free.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any other liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Final company address, dispute venue, and support contact details will be confirmed before public launch.
